We will be hosting a special Red Wine and Chocolate Valentine’s Day Dinner at our tasting room on Valentine’s Day, February 14th. You and your special someone will enjoy a three course dinner prepared by our own Chef Chris Nokes, paired with our delectable wines.
Menu:
1st Course – Seasonal salad with Chardonnay Vinaigrette, candied walnuts, and shaved white chocolate
Main Course – Coffee braised short ribs with dark chocolate Merlot sauce, served over garlic, parsnip polenta, with grilled asparagus
Dessert Course – One Fiery Chocolate Crème Brûlée, one Gorgonzola truffle, and one Cabernet Sauvignon Dark Chocolate Mousse
Tickets for the dinner are $45 per person, with a $15 per person wine option. Seats are limited. Please print out your confirmation email and bring it with you to the event.
